Technical Ability Video

The organizer uses this video to assess technical readiness and participant safety and to create balanced matchups.

Shadow boxing or heavy bag training, 1–3 minutes, recorded within the last 12 months.
Your full body must remain visible from head to toe — do not zoom in on the hands only.
Record in one continuous take without cuts or editing.
Show punching and kicking combinations plus footwork.
No music, slow motion, or visual effects.
Triathlon applicants must also provide 1–2 minutes of grappling / ground work (drilling or light sparring with a partner).
Upload videos to Google Drive or YouTube (unlisted) and ensure the organizer can access the link.
